By the Numbers

Self-identification is what allows us to understand the full range of our diversity. We ask that every Corus employee fill in the Self-Identification form and ask for information about categories including race and disabilities, and also capture sexual orientation and gender identity. This gives us a fuller picture of our organization, which allows us to better identify barriers, set targets and understand our progress.
