TORONTO, May 6, 2021 – In Wednesday night’s emotional special eviction, Haida Gwaii’s Kiefer Collison was evicted from the Big Brother Canada house. The radio host failed to win the most vital POV competition of the season and was ousted by Veto winner and the night’s sole voter, Tera Gillen-Petrozzi. The season’s final three – Tychon Carter-Newman, Breydon White and Tera – will compete for the win in an epic three-part HOH competition during Thursday night’s two-hour season finale at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Global.

“That game is not for the faint of heart and I didn’t take a second off and Tera would have made the biggest mistake of her life keeping me. Because I would have won the game,” said Kiefer. “I’m a bit salty because I’m a competitor, but it was one heck of a ride. I feel honoured to be able to have the opportunity to do that.”

It was a trying week in the BBCAN house as Tychon won one of the most important HOH competitions of the season, solidifying his place in the final three. Tychon nominated five-time block star Tera Gillen-Petrozzi and major threat Kiefer Collison for eviction. In the final POV competition of the season, Tera channeled her inner super mom to solve the clues the fastest, ultimately winning the coveted Veto and pulling herself off the block to secure her spot in the finale. Breydon was the de facto nominee, but with Kiefer’s impressive and enduring BBCAN resume looming over the other houseguests, they knew he posed the greatest threat to their games. With Tera holding the sole vote in tonight’s critical eviction ceremony, she tearfully sent Kiefer packing from the Big Brother Canada house.
