Hosted by award-winning radio personality Chris Scheetz, the podcast features famous animal owners, athletes, actors, musicians, and other celebrities with deep dive interviews about their four-legged friends.

The first episode features an interview with CCMA and Juno award-winning country star Brett Kissel. The podcast will also feature dog training and behavioral experts on every episode to answer your doggy-do and doggy-don’t questions. Other celebrities featured in upcoming episodes include ET Canada’s Cheryl Hickey, Global News’ Chief Meterologist Anthony Farnell and famous sidekick Storm the Weather Dog, Country Star Paul Brandt and Edmonton Eskimo Sean Whyte.

“Anyone who owns a pet has a story about what they mean to their lives,” said Chris ‘Dunner’ Duncombe, Director of Podcasting and Streaming, Corus Entertainment. “Chris’ new podcast is full of these great stories and gives us a candid look into the lives of celebrities and their pets. We know animal lovers are going to love this new podcast.”

“I’ve been talking to celebrities furever, and I’ve never heard as much passion as when they talk about their animals,” said Chris Scheetz, Host. “Celebrity Pawcast gives me a platform to ask about the one thing that they don’t often get questions on: their fur babies.”
