Shareholders will be asked to approve the Plan of Arrangement for the proposed Recapitalization Transaction at the Shareholders’ Meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on Friday, January 30, 2026.
This meeting will be held virtually via online webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/cjr2026sm.
