Senior Noteholders’ Meeting

Senior Noteholders will be asked to approve the Plan of Arrangement for the proposed Recapitalization Transaction at the Senior Noteholders’ Meeting scheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on Friday, January 30, 2026.
