Corus people are passionate about getting involved and giving back in our local communities.

Our strong commitment to strengthening the communities where we live with a focus on supporting the health and well-being of families and children goes beyond financial support.

With our Global News and Radio offices across Canada, we are deeply embedded in our local communities and lend our megaphone of broadcasting assets to assist organizations and charities through local fundraising, volunteer opportunities and donated airtime and services.

Corus Television is committed to encouraging Canadian kids and their families to lead healthy and balanced lives, and has made significant contributions in production, cash and airtime in support of healthy active living programs.

Corus Radio embraces philanthropy and lends a voice to many community initiatives through radiothons/telethons and public service announcements, and is at the forefront of raising awareness through positive social messaging in our local communities.

Kids Can Press, Corus’ publishing arm, works to promote childhood literacy across Canada through corporate and non-profit partnerships, and publishes a diverse range of books that showcase equality, environmentalism and civic action while encouraging young readers to be inquisitive, critical thinkers.

Recognizing both local support and volunteer efforts across Corus, Corus Boost! is the anchor for how we amplify not only community support but also what Corus people contribute as volunteers.

Corus people are passionate about getting involved and giving back in our local communities and much of this goes beyond financial support. Corus Volunteer Boost! is an opportunity to acknowledge volunteer work as well as provide a financial lift to organizations that are close to our people’s hearts and homes.

Corus Community Boost! is our quarterly donation program where a team of judges, made up of representatives across our Corus offices, collectively determine which charitable organization should be awarded a $5K boost!
