TORONTO, December 11, 2018 – This January, HGTV Canada travels to warm places and transforms worn-out spaces with programming to keep viewers cozy from the cold. Delivering more dream homes in brand new seasons are Canadian duos Drew and Jonathan Scott on Property Brothers: Buying & Selling (January 7) and Sabrina Smelko and Sebastian Clovis on $ave My Reno (January 10). Meanwhile, new series Boise Boys (January 9) and Windy City Rehab (January 13) deliver fresh renovation-inspiration to the schedule. Breakout stars Ben and Erin Napier join the winter lineup with the highly-anticipated return of Home Town (January 20). On Fridays throughout the month, viewers can bask in the sun with back-to-back escape programming including Island Life, Caribbean Life, Mexico Life, and Beachfront Bargain Hunt beginning January 4.

Property Brothers: Buying & Selling, Season 5 (9×60)
Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT beginning January 7
Drew and Jonathan Scott, take their tag-team real estate partnership to the next level in a new season of Property Brothers: Buying & Selling. The season kicks off with a couple who want to leave their rural, 10-acre home for a turnkey property closer to their friends and work. But before they hang up the reins, they must spruce up their 200-year-old farmhouse.

In the sophomore season of $ave My Reno, Sebastian Clovis and Sabrina Smelko return to help cash-conscious homeowners renovate on a budget through smart spends and clever DIY solutions. With unique custom builds, crafty special projects, and ingenious upcycling creations, this season delivers bigger renovations with even bigger savings.

Polar opposite friends Luke and Clint take an unconventional approach to house flipping in their hometown of Boise, Idaho. While refined designer Luke likes to reach for the stars, rugged contractor Clint remains focused on their bottom line. With an endless inventory of old houses to choose from, the only decision this dynamic duo needs to make is which house to transform next.
