YTV’s Original Live Action Comedy, Some Assembly Required Takes Its Final Bow in Two-Part Series Finale on May 30 and June 6

(May 19, 2016 – Toronto, Canada) After three seasons of kooky schemes, outrageous inventions and one never-ending bouncy ball, the gang from YTV’s hit series Some Assembly Required are saying goodbye to Knickknack Toys in a two-part series finale. As Knox (Dylan Playfair, Letterkenny) helps Jarvis (Kolton Stewart, The Next Step) rehearse for a walk-on role in the new Captain Indestructible movie, Piper (Charlie Storwick, winner of YTV’s The Next Star, Season 4) protests the closing of the historic Punk club, the Viper Pit. After a truly selfless act and a surprise offer, the team is forced to make a big decision that could change their lives. Part one of the finale airs Monday, May 30 at 7 p.m. ET/PT followed by part two on Monday, June 6 at 7 p.m. ET/PT. Click here to watch fans react to the most anticipated moment of the series!

Beginning Monday, May 23 during the final three episodes, YTV will air special vignettes of the most iconic, bizarre and hilarious moments that made Some Assembly Required a fan favourite. Viewers are invited to share their favourite moments using the hashtag #BESTOFSAR.  Fans can also tune into a marathon of the casts’ favourite episodes on Saturday, June 4 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. ET/PT and a catch up marathon of the last six episodes of Season 3 before the finale on Monday, June 6 beginning at 4 p.m. ET/PT.

Some Assembly Required is a YTV original series produced by Thunderbird Films. The series is created by Dan Signer (A.N.T. Farm, Mr. Young) and Howard Nemetz (Mr. Young, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody). The series also stars Harrison Houde (Diary of a Wimpy Kid), Sydney Scotia (Haunted Hathaways), Travis Turner (Marley & Me: The Puppy Years) and Ellie Harvie(The New Addams Family).
