CKWS-TV is located in Kingston, Ontario. Broadcasting from a 1,000 foot tower on Wolfe Island, TV-1 Tower in Brighton and TV-2 tower in Spencerville. We are Southeastern Ontario's NEWS LEADER, with videographers throughout the region covering stories for our NewsWatch@5:30, 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts. We are committed to being a reflection of the communities we serve, as such we provide unique programming to our viewers in the Quinte region each weeknight in the form of a 10-minute news window. This broadcast is available to cable viewers in that region and off-air on our TV-1 transmitter.

CKWS-TV is involved in the community through partnerships with many organizations like the MS Society and Easter Seals. Southeastern Ontario is a very popular tourist destination and CKWS-TV takes an active role in promoting the many great summer-time events that happen throughout the region.

More than just a broadcasting outlet, CKWS-TV also offers an award-winning Creative Services department involved in the production of TV commercials and corporate videos. Two recent Television bureau of Canada, retail competition awards exemplify a commitment to producing quality television commercials that get results.
