The Corus Made with Pay Fund
The Corus Made with Pay Fund, administered by Movie Central, provides financial support to Canadian film and television productions at various stages of development. This script and concept development fund invests $1.5 million each year to develop movies and series and provides increased support for senior level projects, “made with pay” television films and series, and for production slates from companies that have three or more projects in active development. Applications for feature film funding are deadline-driven.

Telelatino Fund
The Telelatino Fund supports the production of programs that appeal to Canadian-Italian and Canadian-Hispanic audiences. This $1.1 million fund is a top-up licence fee for programs that receive support from TLN, the Telelatino Network. Projects do not need to be in the Italian or Spanish language, but must be relevant to these communities. Program categories that qualify are drama and comedy, music and dance, and variety and talk show. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
All funds have been successfully allocated.
CMT Video Advantage Program (VAP)
CMT’s Video Advantage Program was established to help contribute to the growth of the Canadian county music industry and provide opportunities for new and established Canadian artists to showcase their talents. CMT’s VAP invests millions of dollars each year to support the production of Canadian country music videos and country music programming. In addition to the VAP, CMT fosters Canadian talent through a range of programming, sponsorship, promotions and concert tour initiatives that raise the profile of country music across the nation.
